Full course description
Knowing one’s strengths and weaknesses is helpful when applying for jobs and sitting for interviews. But how does one determine what their strengths are? This workshop addresses how to identify not only one’s strengths, but also one’s sparks and skills. This workshop defines strengths, skills, and sparks. Participants will engage in exercises that will walk them through how to identify their own spark, or something they are passionate about, as well as their natural strengths. It will highlight both flow, feeling energized by a specific task, and resilience, the ability to adapt and continue to thrive even in the face of adversity.
