Customer Service Career Acceleration Program

The program will give students a snapshot into the vast world of Customer Service, and is worth 3 credits at Pierce College in Philadelphia, PA. There are so many opportunities in Customer Service! In this program, students will learn about career pathways, employability skills needed to be successful in the industry, and get an opportunity to learn some specific technical skills they can take with them as you build their resume.  This program will also conclude with a Captstone Project.  

This course includes content designed to be delivered synchronously, with additional work provided via Keywe that can be done independently.

• 2 weeks - credentialed in the state of PA
